We went to Moab this Saturday with some of our friends. This weekend was Moab's Christmas parade. This is the second time we've seen this parade. When we went down to Moab for our Honey Moon three years ago we came upon this parade when we parked on Main Street to go eat. When we came out of the restaurant we couldn't get out because the parade was going on.
I don't know if you can read the words in this picture, but they say, "Jingle Bells Jingle Bells Jesus All the Way." I thought that was really awesome. Life doesn't get better than the Christmas parade in Moab.
We all agreed though that we felt like we were intruding on something private.
To the right is the last canoe in a ling line of canoes. You can't see it, but there are a few people paddling in there.
Man we love Moab!

On our bike ride we road through a herd of buffalo. You can't really see them upclose here, but they were right next to us on both sides of the road and everywhere. There were also cars parked everywhere. This was much more exciting on a bike than in a car.
This is me running up the last hill before the finish line. I am trying to smile, but it's difficult because this is where I see that Ryan, my mom and dad, and some of Ryan's family have showed up to cheer me on and I start to cry. (I'm such a baby sometimes).
Here is a picture of me and my team at the end of the race after they gave us our medals (which they give to everyone I am sure because we came in 45th to last :))
